Running a Pack League at your shop
1. Create your shop
Organizer Dashboard → create a shop with its name. Everything you run hangs off this, and it's what makes you the organizer of your own events.
2. Create the event
Give it a name, then set the two numbers that define how the night feels:
Starting boosters (default 5) — how many packs each player begins with. Four or five is normal. Lower means tighter, scrappier decks.
Losses per booster (default 3) — how many losses it takes to unlock another pack. This is the dial that controls the whole event. Three is a good default. Two makes it generous and keeps struggling players very engaged; four makes packs feel earned.
Leave Published on so players can actually join.
3. Get people in
Every event gets a six-character join code. Players type it on the home screen. Or tap Show QR code to join and let people scan it with their phone camera — it takes them straight to the join screen, no typing.
4. Check decks
Players submit their list in the app. On your event screen each player shows a deck status, and you can open any submitted list, then approve it or reject it with a note explaining what's wrong. Rejected players can fix it and resubmit.
You still have to actually look at their cards on the table — the app records what they claim, it can't see their deck.
5. Let them play
Players report their own results and their opponent confirms. Ratings, records and booster unlocks all update automatically at that point. You don't need to enter anything.
6. Hand out boosters
Your player list shows each player's boosters as delivered / unlocked. When someone unlocks one and you physically give them the pack, hit deliver to mark it. That's the count you'd reconcile against your till at the end of the night.
7. Handle disagreements
If two players disagree, whoever's asked to confirm can hit Dispute instead. Disputed matches appear on your event screen, where you can Reset it (clears the result so they can report again) or Void it (throws the match out).
8. Close it out
Hit Finish Event when the night's done. Standings stay readable afterwards.
